ESS – Engineering Software Steyr GmbH specializes in developing simulation software for several industries such as Automotive, HVAC, Oil & Natural Gas, etc. Due to increasing demand on our global presence, we are seeking innovative minds to expand our multicultural team of technical experts.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and document CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.

Maintain existing DevOps infrastructure to ensure smooth building and deployment.

Integration of third-party libraries in project landscape.

Develop automatic testing framework and integrate it into CI/CD process

Mandatory Qualifications:

Knowledge in application lifecycle management and Git.

Knowledge in CI/CD philosophy of GitLab: pipeline definition in .yml, GitLab runners.

Experience in programming language: C++/CUDA/Java/Python.

Experience in Windows building environment

Experience in Linux environment: Linux Server / Cluster Administration, tools like Ansible.

Experience in tools of the Trade: CMake, Gradle, Conan (Package Authoring), Docker.

Experience in TDD/BDD (Test Driven Development / Behaviour Driven Development); Automated test frameworks: Pytest, Junit, Gradle, Selenium, Geb, Spock.

Optional Qualifications:

Knowledge in Application Security, DevSecOps, AWS framework, Cloud related technologies.

Experience in Qt framework for GUI development.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 3.000 gross/month for full-time employment.
